Credit packs are sold by Creem, our merchant of record. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase as long as you have used no more than 10 credits. To request a refund, email support@cubeget.com from the address you used at checkout.
If an image fails to generate, no credits are taken, so there is nothing to refund.
When a refund is approved, the license key for that pack is disabled.
